The AWR (Agency Workers Regulations) and You...

Whilst undoubtably for some of our larger Clients the AWR has meant a change to the relationships they have with their Temporary workers, and the way the temps are now treated (Which is in our opinion both fair and an overdue recognition of the contribution to many of the UK's largest Organisations that Temporary staff make) on the whole it is pretty much "as you were".

 

With the exception of companies employing Temps for more than 12 weeks, the AWR will have very little impact save for opening up employee faccillities such as canteens and Car Parks to the Temps and ensuring that any internal vacancies are made available to them too.

Innovation and a Sharp pencil have been at the core of our highly competitive rates and terms from the offset of the business. We adapt to our clients requirements but lead the market with our fixed 10% Fee for all Permanent Placements and 15% Admin Charge for all Contractors and Temps* (*Temp / Contractor rate is based upon our fee after "Cost of employment" is agreed, the Permanent Fee is based upon a % of the First Year Salary).
